Services

XB & Co provides strategy, optimisation, revenue acceleration, and scale advisory services for businesses and founders. All services are customised per client engagement.

Engagement & Payment

All pricing and payment terms are agreed before work begins Fees are non-refundable once an engagement has started XB & Co reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodology provided by XB & Co remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and expect clients to do the same. Any shared information during an engagement must remain private unless authorised.

Limitation of Liability

XB & Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Clients are responsible for decisions made based on our advice and services.

Changes to Terms

XB & Co may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Engagement & Payment

All engagements require a signed agreement. A deposit of up to 50% of the total fee is due prior to the commencement of work. The remaining balance will be invoiced as agreed in the contract
